All purchases are final

All purchases are final at the date of purchase. Individual sessions, the Crescent Moon Reset package, music and art expression sessions and psychosomatic release sessions are not refundable once payment has been made. If you're unsure whether this work is right for you, a free consultation is the best first step.

If you were charged in error

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. If you were charged twice or in error, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at crescentmoonawaken@gmail.com and we'll help.

When a correction appears

Approved corrections go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear. You can also read Paddle's Refund Policy.
