Before we talk

Consultation Guide

A short guide so your free consultation feels like a conversation, not an exam.

How the free consultation goes

one

You pick a 20-minute time

Online, from wherever you feel comfortable — your kitchen table, your car, a park bench.

two

We talk

You share what's bringing you here. I ask a few questions, answer yours, and we see how it feels.

three

You decide

No pressure and no commitment. If it feels right, we choose a first session together.

NO NEED TO ANSWER ALL OF THEM

Questions to sit with beforehand

Pick the ones that stir something. Bring those, and leave the rest.

What's felt heaviest lately?

You don't need the whole story ready. One honest sentence — “I can't switch my brain off at night” — is enough to begin with.

What would feel different in three months?

Not a perfect life, just one thing you'd notice. This is where we aim our work.

What have you already tried, and what helped even a little?

What's helped before is a compass. We start from what already works in you instead of guessing.

Where does this live in your body?

A tight chest, tired shoulders, a knot in the stomach. The body often knows before the mind can explain it.

What part do spirit or intuition play in your life right now?

Some people are deep in it, some are curious, some are wary. All of those are welcome here — tell me where you are.

How do you like to be supported?

Gentle reflection, direct questions, practical tools, or quiet space to find your own answers. Telling me this saves weeks.

THIS ONE IS FOR YOU TO USE

Questions to ask me

A consultation goes both ways. Ask me anything.

What does a session with you actually look like?

Ask plainly. You'll hear quickly whether my way of working — including shadow work, body awareness and intuitive guidance — sounds like something you want.

Do you work with people who think and feel differently?

Ask me what I do when someone's way of seeing the world doesn't fit the usual mold. That answer tells you a lot about this space.

What are the practical details?

Cost, session length, how scheduling works, and what happens when life gets in the way. The FAQ covers most of this if you'd rather read first.

What if we're not a good fit?

Ask me that outright. I'd rather point you toward the right person than keep you somewhere you don't belong.

You don't need answers — bring one question and we'll go from there. Have a practical one I didn't cover? Check the FAQ.
